We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
and the constitutive contract and the articles of association of the National Pharmaceutical Industries SAOG “Under Establishment”,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dr Ali bin Mohammed bin Moosa, Minister of Health, is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the National Pharmaceutical Industries Company SAOG (Under Establishment) and a representative for the share of the government.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
