We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Bahrain in the Fields of Sports and Youth signed in the city of Manama on 16 April 1996,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Bahrain in the Fields of Sports and Youth is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
