Royal Decree 52/96 Appointing a Non-Resident Ambassador

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Our ambassador to the United Kingdom, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Ireland.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
