Royal Decree 112/96 Ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in the Sultanate of Oman and the Ministry of Agriculture in the Republic of India on Cooperation in Agriculture and Related Sectors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in the Sultanate of Oman and the Ministry of Agriculture in the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture and Related Sectors signed in Muscat on 5 October 1996,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Memorandum of Understanding Between the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in the Sultanate of Oman and the Ministry of Agriculture in the Republic of India on Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture and Related Sectors is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
