We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
Royal Decree 79/81 Establishing the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal and its amendments,
and the memo on the nomination of a judge for appointment to the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The person named in the mentioned memorandum is hereby appointed as a judge of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
