We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed to the position next to their name:
– Hammad bin Hamad Al-Ghafri, Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Ministry of Education.
– Sayyid Abdulhamid bin Yarub Al-Busaidi, Undersecretary for Heritage Affairs in the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.
– Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Harthy, Undersecretary for Cultural Affairs in the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture.

Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
