We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 43/80 Establishing the Public Authority for Telecommunications,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed to the position next to their name:

| 2. Hamad bin Sulieman bin Hamad Al-Gharibi | Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment for Regional Municipalities Affairs. |
| 3. Sheikh Sultan bin Rashid bin Malik Al-Shihi | Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources. |
| 4. Sheikh Mansoor bin Harith bin Mansoor Al-Amri | Advisor in the Governorate of Muscat. |
| 5. Engineer Abdullah bin Issa bin Salim Al-Rawahi | Chief Executive Officer of the Public Authority for Telecommunications. |
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
