Royal Decree 31/2000 Appointing the Minister of Transport and Housing as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Telecommunications Company

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 46/99 Transforming the Public Authority for Telecommunications into an Omani Closed Joint Stock Company (SAOC),

and Royal Decree 10/2000 Making a Ministerial Amendment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Transport and Housing is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Telecommunications Company.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
