We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law of the Administrative Court issued by Royal Decree 91/99,
and the Memorandum on the Nomination of the President and the Members of the Administrative Court,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named in the attached list are hereby appointed members of the Administrative Court, each to the position next to their name.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of entry into force of the mentioned Administrative Court Law.
