Royal Decree 63/2001 Ratifying the Amendment to Some Provisions of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 27/91 Approving the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation and Ratifying It,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The amendment to article 3(7) of the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
