Royal Decree 35/2005 Appointing a Deputy Chairman of the Public Authority for Craft Industries

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 24/2003 Establishing the Public Authority for Craft Industries and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 53/2003 Promulgating the System of the Public Authority for Craft Industries and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sayyid Mahmoud bin Hilal bin Saud Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Public Authority for Craft Industries with the grade of undersecretary.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
