Royal Decree 78/2005 Adding Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid and Masirah to the List of Wilayat in Which Primary Courts Are to Be Established

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law issued by Royal Decree 90/99 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid numbered 41 and Wilayat of Masirah numbered 42 are hereby added to the schedule stipulated in article 6 of the mentioned Judicial Authority Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
