Royal Decree 30/2006 Appointing an Advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 4/2006 Adding Some Employment and Pension Provisions in Relation to Ministry Undersecretaries and Their Equivalent to the Law of Civil Service and the Law on Pensions and End of Service Gratuity for Omani Government Employees,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Abdullah bin Mabkhout bin Ali Al-Junaibi is hereby appointed Advisor in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries and granted the special grade.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
