Royal Decree 10/2008 Appointing a Non-Resident Ambassador

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law promulgated by Royal Decree 40/86,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Khalid bin Suleiman bin Abdulrahman Baomar, Our ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Mozambique.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
