Royal Decree 27/2010 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Sayyid Mohammed bin Harib bin Abdullah Al-Said, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Article II

Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the United Kingdom, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Estonia.

Article III

Ambassador Dr Zainab bint Ali bin Said Al-Qasimiya, Our ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Iceland and the Swiss Confederation.

Article IV

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
