Royal Decree 34/2010 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the United Kingdom, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Ireland.

Article II

Ambassador Mohammed bin Awad bin Abdulrahman Al-Hassan, Our ambassador to the Russian Federation, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Armenia.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
