Royal Decree 110/2010 Appointing Non-Resident Ambassadors

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Dr Qasim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Salhi, Our ambassador to the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Article II

Ambassador Ali bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Alawi, Our ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Burkina Faso.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
