Based on the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree 18/2019,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
Establishments and companies shall deduct a percentage of at least 20% (twenty percent) of their budget allocated to social responsibility programmes for the benefit of the Oman Charitable Organisation.
Article II
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
