Based on the System of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation promulgated by Royal Decree 43/2013,
the Civil Aviation Law promulgated by Royal Decree 76/2019,
the Executive Regulation of the Civil Aviation Law issued by Ministerial Decision 44/T/2007,
the approval of the Council of Ministers,
the approval of the Board of Directors of the Civil Aviation Authority,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The fee of “transit traveller” provided in article 87 is hereby replaced with the following fee:

Article II
All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 January 2023.
