Ministry of Interior: Ministerial Decision 161/2022 Determining the Fees for the Electoral Objection and Contestation Applications for the Elections of the Members of the Municipal Councils

Based on the Municipal Councils Law promulgated by Royal Decree 126/2020,

the Governance Regulation of the Elections of the Members of the Municipal Council issued by Ministerial Decision 92/2022,

and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The fees for electoral objections and contestations stipulated in the aforementioned regulation are hereby set at 100 (one hundred) Rial Omani per application.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
