We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and the System of Governorates promulgated by Royal Decree 36/2022,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed governors in the governorates assigned to each of them:
| His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki bin Mahmood Al-Said | Governor of Dhofar with the rank of minister. |
| Sayyid Saud bin Hilal bin Hamad Al-Busaidi | Governor of Muscat with his same rank and financial entitlements. |
| Sayyid Ibrahim bin Said bin Ibrahim Al-Busaidi | Governor of Musandam with his same rank and financial entitlements. |
| Sheikh Saif bin Hamyar bin Mohammed Al-Malik Al-Shihi | Governor of Batinah South with his same grade and financial entitlements. |
| Mohammed bin Sulaiman bin Hamood Al-Kindi | Governor of Batinah North with his same grade and financial entilements. |
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
