We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed each to the position following their name:
| His Highness Sayyid Nadir bin Al-Julanda bin Majid Al-Said | Secretary General in the Diwan of Royal Court with the special grade. |
| His Highness Sayyid Kamil bin Fahad bin Mahmoud Al-Said | Secretary General in the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers with the special grade. |
| Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sarmi | Head of Royal Protocol in the Diwan of Royal Court with the special grade. |
| Sayyid Khalifa bin Al-Mirdas bin Ahmed Al-Busaidi | Secretary General in the Ministry of Interior with his same grade and financial entitlements. |
| Sheikh Muhanna bin Saif bin Salim Al-Lamki | Advisor in the Ministry of Interior with his same grade and financial entitlements. |
| Dr Saleh bin Salim bin Hamoud Al-Rahbi | Advisor in the Diwan of Royal Court with his same grade and financial entitlements. |
| Jamil bin Ayoub bin Jumaa Al-Zadjali | Advisor in the Royal Court Affairs with the special grade. |
| Pankaj Kanaksi Gokaldas Khimji | Advisor for Foreign Trade and International Cooperation in the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion with the special grade. |
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
