Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion: Ministerial Decision 259/2023 Amending Some Provisions of Ministerial Decision 111/2021 Forming the Committee for Registration in the Accountants and Auditors Register and Determining Its Working System

Based on the Law Regulating the Accounting and Auditing Profession promulgated by Royal Decree 77/86,

Royal Decree 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and Ministerial Decision 111/2021 Forming the Committee for Registration in the Accountants and Auditors Register and Determining Its Working System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

Clause 1 of article I of the aforementioned Decision Forming the Committee for Registration in the Accountants and Auditors Register and Determining Its Working System is hereby replaced with the following clause:

1. Vice-President of the Insurance Sector in the Capital Market Authority as chairman.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
