We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ali bin Sulaiman bin Said Al-Darmaki, Our ambassador to the Republic of the Sudan, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Chad.
Article II
Saud bin Hilal bin Saud Al-Shidhani, Our ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of the Union of the Comoros, the Republic of Zambia, the Republic of Burundi, and the Republic of Seychelles
Article III
Ruaa bint Issa bin Ashraf Al-Zadjaliya, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the European Union and the European Commission.

Article IV
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
