Based on Royal Decree 107/2020 Establishing the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The fees for issuing and renewing the Riyada card are hereby determined at 5 (five) Rial Omani per year.
Article II
The rental value of incubator offices for small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs during the incubation period is hereby determined at 3 (three) Rial Omani per metre for each month.
Article III
The aforementioned Ministerial Decision 69/2017 is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to this decision or in conflict with its provisions.
Article IV
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
