Royal Decree 27/2024 Transferring the Oman Centre for Traditional Music from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 87/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and Royal Decree 71/2021 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Oman Centre for Traditional Music is hereby transferred from the Diwan of Royal Court to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth.

Article II

All allocations, assets, rights, obligations, and holdings of the Oman Centre for Traditional Music in the Diwan of Royal Court are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth.

Article III

Employees of the Oman Centre for Traditional Music are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth with their same financial grades.

Article IV

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article V

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
