Based on the Financial Law issued by Royal Decree 37/2025,
and Ministerial Decision 71/2024 Determining the Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Health,
and the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
Clauses 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, and 103 of the Annex of the Fees for Services Provided by the Ministry of Health attached to the mentioned Ministerial Decision 71/2024 are hereby repealed.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
