We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Qais bin Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Yousef is hereby appointed Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones with his same rank and financial allocations.
Article II
Sayyid Faisal bin Hamoud bin Nasr Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Governor of Musandam with the rank of minister.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
