We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Advisor Qasim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Salhi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Great Socialist Libyan Arab Jamahiriya.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
