We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Mohammed bin Nasser bin Hamad Al-Wahaibi is hereby appointed Undersecretary for the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
