We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Said bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Buraiki is hereby appointed Governor of Musandam.
Article II
Sheikh Sabaa bin Hamdan Al-Saadi is hereby appointed an advisor at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
