We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Royal Decree 10/87 Appointing a Secretary General for the Supreme Committee for Conferences,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
His Excellency Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Rawas—Minister of Information—shall undertake the conduct of the work of the Public Authority for Youth Sports and Cultural Activities until a president of the authority is appointed.
Article II
His Excellency Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal bin Said—Secretary of the Council of Ministers—shall undertake the duties of the Secretary General of the Supreme Committee for Conferences on an acting basis.
Article III
The mentioned Royal Decrees 10/87 and 114/91 are hereby repealed.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 6 November 1993.
