Royal Decree 74/2002 Ratifying the Amendment of Some Provisions of the Agreement of Incorporation and Articles of Association of the Gulf Investment Corporation

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 2/83 Ratifying the Agreement of Incorporation and Articles of Association of the Gulf Investment Corporation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The amendment of articles 18, 19, and 27 of the Articles of Association of the Gulf Investment Corporation is hereby ratified in accordance with the decision of the ordinary general meeting of the corporation at its meeting held on 15 April 2002.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
