Royal Decree 6/2018 Approving the Assignment by MOL West Oman BV – Oman Branch of 25% of Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 9 September 2012 for Block 66 to Hydrocarbon Finder E&P LLC

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

Royal Decree 61/2012 Approving the petroleum agreement for Block 66 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and MOL Oman Ltd,

the collection of documents by which MOL Oman Ltd changed its name to MOL West Oman BV – Oman Branch,

and the collection of documents by which MOL West Oman BV – Oman Branch assigned 25% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 September 2012 for Block 66 to Hydrocarbon Finder E&P LLC, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by MOL West Oman BV – Oman Branch of 25% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 9 September 2012 for Block 66 to Hydrocarbon Finder E&P LLC is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
