We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby granted to the person named below:
Sadaf Shukru Dhia Arkan.
She is hereby authorised to dually hold it with her original nationality.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 11 May 1997.
