Royal Decree 5/2011 Appointing a Non-resident Ambassador

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Moosa bin Hamdan bin Moosa Al-Tai, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Mali.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
