Ministry of Labour: Ministerial Decision 44/2026 Amending Some Provisions of Ministerial Decision 602/2025 Issuing the Regulation Governing Labour Authorisation and Work Permit

Based on the Labour Law issued by Royal Decree 53/2023,

and the Regulation Governing Labour Authorisation and Work Permit issued by Ministerial Decision 602/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The text of article III of the mentioned Ministerial Decision 602/2025 is hereby replaced with the following text:

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 15 February 2026.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decision, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
