We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 14/87 Issuing the System for Officers of the Palace Office,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Major General Abdulalim bin Mustahil Rakhyut is hereby appointed Secretary General for Military Affairs in the Ministry of the Palace Office, transferred from the Foreign Ministry.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 December 1991.
