We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sheikh Ahmed bin Salim bin Said Al-Marhoon is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Municipalities Affairs in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment.
Article II
Sheikh Sultan bin Rashid Al-Malik Al-Shihi is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Environmental Affairs in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 15 December 1991.
