Royal Decree 94/2001 Abolishing the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 97/81 Establishing the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products,

and Royal Decree 98/85 Appointing an Executive President for the Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Public Authority for Marketing Agricultural Products is hereby abolished and its assets are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Finance.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with it, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
