We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Omani nationality is hereby granted to:
1. Taher Talib Kamal Al-Haraki
2. Anthony John Higgins
3. Suleiman bin Saif bin Abdullah Al-Jahdami
4. Hanaa Mohammed Amin
5. Qadriya Ibrahim Shafi
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 13 May 2001.
