Royal Decree 104/96 Ratifying the Annex to the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic and the Protocol Attached to It

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic signed in Paris on 1 June 1989,

and the annex to the mentioned agreement and the protocol attached to it, signed in Muscat on 22 October 1996,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Annex to the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic and the protocol attached to it are hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
