We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The following are hereby appointed judges to the Supreme Court:
1. Said bin Suleiman bin Said Al-Maskari
2. Dr Sultan bin Hamad bin Salim Al-Siyabi
3. Nasser bin Salim bin Ahmed Al-Jabri
4. Salim bin Mansour bin Ali Al-Hashemi
5. Sultan bin Majid bin Khalfan Al-Zaabi
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
