We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 75/81 Making Appointments in the Palace Office,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Lieutenant General Ali bin Majid Al-Maamari—Minister of Palace Office Affairs—is hereby promoted to the rank of general.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 November 1990.
