Royal Decree 51/95 Amending the Composition of the Supreme Committee for Vocational Training and Labour

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 31/91 Establishing a Supreme Committee for Vocational Training and Labour and Determining Its Mandates,

and Royal Decree 51/92 Appointing a Deputy Chairman for the Supreme Committee for Vocational Training and Labour,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Article II of the mentioned Royal Decree 31/91 is hereby amended as follows:

The Supreme Committee for Vocational Training and Labour is hereby formed as follows:

Minister of Civil Service — Chairman

Minister of Commerce and Industry — Deputy chairman

Minister of Social Affairs and Labour — Member

Minister of State for Legal Affairs — Member

Minister of Education — Member

Minister of State for Development Affairs — Member

Inspector General of Police and Customs — Member

President of the Vocational Training Authority — Member

Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry — Member

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
