Royal Decree 42/85 Appointing the Chairman of Oman Housing Bank

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 51/77 Establishing Oman Housing Bank,

Royal Decree 53/82 Appointing Government Representatives to the Boards of Directors of the Companies in which It Contributes,

and Royal Decree 10/85 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Land Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Housing is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Housing Bank.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
