Royal Decree 31/85 Ratifying the Air Services Agreement Between the Sultanate and the Kingdom of Morocco

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 79/82 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Air Services Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 24 January 1985,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Air Services Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Morocco is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
