We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
In pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Mr Ahmed Suwaidan, Director of the Palace Office, is hereby promoted to the grade of undersecretary.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, which must be published in the Official Gazette and must come into force from the date of its issuance.
