Royal Decree 73/84 Ratifying the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 118/81 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Republic of Tanzania on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 16 May 1982,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.
