We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,
and the Constitutive Contract and Articles of Association of Oman Cement Company,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Oman Cement Company as representatives of the share of the Government of the Sultanate:
– Issa Mohammed Issa
– Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harthi
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
